Every proceeding hosted by Readback includes a Guardian who supports a successful proceeding by:

Offering a demonstration or practice session ahead of time
Ensuring all participants are properly connected
Officiates the proceeding by ensuring the entirety of on-the-record statements is captured
Calls out inaudible utterances as needed
Shares exhibits, when asked, to free attorneys to focus on their work

Readback Scheduling Support

Readback makes it easy to schedule proceedings and also prepare for them as the date approaches. Begin by requesting a reservation date and time. We will respond with a confirmation that we can accommodate your request, and begin the process of collecting needed information such as the notices and the names of attending participants. We’ll even assist with getting stipulations arranged ahead of time.

Readback Tech Support

Guardians and Schedulers are technically proficient and can assist with most concerns in the moment and on their own. They can also escalate to engineering-level resources for difficult or uncommon problems.
